We ship orders using USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on the total value of your order:
Orders $0.01 – $15.99
First Class Mail — $16.50
Orders $16.00 – $35.99
Priority Mail — $25.00
Orders $36.00 – $65.99
UPS Shipping — $50.00
Orders $66.00 – $149.99
UPS Shipping — $60.00 and up
(based on size and destination)
Freight-Intensive Items
Certain items may require additional shipping due to size or weight.
Products that are considered freight-intensive will be noted in the product description. Bobbins Sewing Center reserves the right to apply additional shipping charges when necessary, even if the order total exceeds $150.00.
Returns & Exchanges
No refunds — exchanges only.
Exchanges must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Special Orders
Special order items are final sale
and are not eligible for return or exchange.
